Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the entire sales and operations strategy, ensuring seamless alignment with company goals to drive sustainable growth and market share expansion.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that optimizes resource allocation and streamlines processes for maximum efficiency.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, including market analysis, competitive assessments, and innovative strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Oversee the operational aspects, including supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics, guaranteeing timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, equipping them with a strong theoretical foundation.
- Holds a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales and operations management, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrates strong leadership qualities with experience managing large teams, motivating individuals, and fostering a collaborative environment.
