Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across fulfillment, delivery, customer service, and platform performance
- Optimize listings, order flow, and performance across aggregator platforms
- Build scalable systems for order management, logistics, and customer support
- Work closely with commercial, marketing, and tech teams to drive growth
- Monitor KPIs and ensure operational targets are met or exceeded
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5+ years in operational leadership (preferably in e-commerce, Q-commerce, F&B, or logistics)
- Hands-on experience with multiple aggregators (e.g., Talabat, Instashop, Deliveroo, Noon)
- Proven ability to scale digital operations and lead cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical mindset with a customer-first approach
- With valid UAE driver's license and car
- Immediate joiner only
