Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

Lead and manage day to day operations and optimize the performance of the online business for the Food and Flower vertical


Key Responsibilities:


  • Relationship Management with various food & Flowers delivery apps
  • Manage and optimize Menus & assortment for multiple food brands & flower stores across platforms
  • Promotional Calendar management to enhance sales and visibility
  • Operations optimization to ensure optimal delivery times, quality and presentation
  • SOPs: audits to guarantee compliance and efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization for different brands across platforms

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Must be a graduate
  • At least 4-5 Years of experience managing Operations and Accounts in F&B/FMCG Retail Industry
  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations.
  • Experience working with aggregators platforms in UAE.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
