Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate RFQs and provide expert recommendations to government entities, ensuring full alignment with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Spearheading the acquisition of materials, goods, and services for diverse SSC-affiliated government bodies.
  • Auditing all procurement activities to guarantee strict adherence to departmental sustainability and environmental policies.
  • Managing the lifecycle of purchase requisitions and orders, maintaining high accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Curating the approved supplier list and monitoring performance metrics to ensure service excellence and accountability.
  • Developing comprehensive procurement reports and expenditure analyses to optimize budget allocation and track PO status.
  • Leading training sessions for government employees on procurement best practices, internal procedures, and strategic sourcing.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 to 6 years experience is required.
