Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and drives innovation.
  • Lead the research and development efforts to explore new technologies and identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
  • Oversee the architecture and infrastructure of the company's technology systems to ensure scalability and security.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced strategic insight.
  • Proven experience of at least 10 years in technology leadership roles, showcasing successful project management and team leadership.
  • Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies, cloud computing, and cyber security practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting and financial management, ensuring technology investments align with business objectives.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices, promoting efficiency and responsiveness in technology delivery.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on innovation and risk management.
