Develop handcrafted chocolate (bonbons, truffles, bars) Prepare ganache, praline, and chocolate fillings Create chocolate-based baked goods (croissant, brownies, cookies) Balance flavor, sugar level, and texture Test and finalize recipes Document recipes clearly
