Civil Construction Manager Trojan Construction Group

Job Purpose:
Oversee, coordinate, and manage civil construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Manage subcontractors, site engineers, and construction teams.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and stakeholders to resolve technical and contractual issues.
• Oversee procurement of materials and allocation of resources.
• Provide leadership in problem-solving and decision-making during project execution.
• Ensure timely handover of completed works.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
