Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are a Dubai-based Demolition & Construction Company holding a valid Trade License.

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to be registered with Dubai Municipality for company licensing and G+ classification purposes.


Scope of Role (License Purpose):


  • Attend and/or already passed Dubai Municipality technical exam

  • Obtain or hold G+1 / G+2 / G+4 / G+Unlimited (G+N) classification

  • Register as the company’s approved engineer with Dubai Municipality

  • Support DM compliance and documentation when required


Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

  • Eligible for Dubai Municipality approval

  • Prior experience with DM exams and G+ classification is a strong advantage

  • UAE experience preferred



Engagement Type:


  • Consultancy / License Engineer

  • Full-time or Part-time (Negotiable)

  • Monthly or Annual professional fees (based on G+ level)
