Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and execute civil construction activities at site.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure project work is completed on time and as per quality standards.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, and material usage.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain safety standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with construction standards and regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of civil construction experience.
• Gulf experience required.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and site documentation.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
