Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and execute civil construction works on site
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards
Prepare daily site reports and progress updates
Assist in quantity calculations and material requirements
Ensure compliance with UAE construction codes and regulations
Support project engineers and management in site-related tasks
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
1–3 years of UAE or GCC experience as a Civil Engineer
Freshers can also apply
Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
