Control and monitoring of the development by the Contractor and restoration at the end of construction, of all land made available to him by the Project Owner for temporary installations.

• Control and monitoring of topographic surveys.
• Control and verification of the soil study (the nature and bearing capacity of the land where the civil engineering works will be located).
• Control of all areas, roads, utilities.
• Verification and control of the execution of the metal framework works.
• Control and monitoring of all general earthworks at the location of the constituent parts of the Structure, in accordance with the drawings and contractual specifications.
• Control of all excavation work, clearing for required foundations, general concrete work required on site and laboratory tests, in accordance with the drawings and contractual specifications.
• Control and monitoring of interior, exterior and green space development work.
• Control of certificates of aggregates intended for concrete.
• Inform the Project Owner in a timely manner about all events occurring on the construction site and any anomalies relating to the quality of operations linked to the civil engineering works of the Project.
