Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Licensed Civil Engineer to join our project team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising civil works, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring all activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and local authority regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage civil construction activities on site
Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
Prepare and review method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance
Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports
Ensure compliance with local authority and statutory requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Valid Civil Engineering license (UAE-approved)
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant site experience
Strong knowledge of construction standards and site procedures
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
