We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities and be adept at designing and managing a variety of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and buildings. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. In this role, you will collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure that all construction and design requirements are met. You will also conduct site inspections, prepare detailed project documentation, and adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines. A successful candidate will be committed to continuous professional development and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee construction projects to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Conduct site assessments and surveys to analyze construction site conditions.
• Prepare detailed project reports and documentation for management review.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals on design specifications.
• Ensure that all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and codes.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Review construction plans and make recommendations for modifications as needed.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and support staff in project execution.
• Utilize computer-aided design software to draft and design project plans.
• Inspect project sites regularly to monitor progress and ensure compliance with standards.
• Evaluate and recommend solutions to improve structural integrity and reduce costs.
• Implement sustainable practices and materials in construction projects where feasible.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and construction methods.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering design software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligible to obtain within one year preferred.
