Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join a contracting company in Dubai. The candidate should have strong experience in site operations, supervision, coordination, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth project progress.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Monitor quality of materials, workmanship, and completed works.
Prepare site progress reports and highlight any delays or issues.
Manage labor, materials, and equipment requirements on-site.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and UAE construction regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a contracting/construction company.
Strong skills in on-site operations and project execution.
Good knowledge of construction drawings, methods, and materials.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
UAE driving license is required.
