Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise installation of False Ceiling systems (Gypsum, Grid, POP, etc.)
Manage Epoxy Flooring works including surface preparation, mixing, application, and finishing
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers
Prepare project schedules and ensure timely execution
Monitor material quality and site workmanship
Conduct site measurements and prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain documentation
Handle client/site engineer coordination and resolve technical issues
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in False Ceiling & Epoxy Flooring projects
Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials and installation methods
Ability to read and interpret drawings
