Revise project documents (implementation version), including design drawings, bills of quantities BOQ, specifications and contracting. To ensure their conformity and compatibility with the idea and purpose of the project.

Supervise, follow up and perform overall quality control of the project.

Monitor budget, schedule, plans, and personnel s performance.

Regularly report on project status.

Review project samples to ensure that they comply with the needed requirements and approved before supply.

Managing ongoing projects and review and approve the financial assessments for each project.

Handing over the site to the contractor in accordance with the contract.

Conduct pre-acceptance check (PAC) AND Final acceptance check (FAC).

Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of relevant design codes, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Proficiency in using civil engineering software, such as AutoCAD (REVIT software), civil 3D, and other specialized tools.
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Qualifications:
