Job Summary: The Civil Inspector will be responsible for overseeing various civil construction projects, ensuring all work complies with contractual obligations, quality control standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor all civil & architectural work.
• Ensure all Civil Work activities are in line with project specifications and UAE construction codes.
• Record inspections, tests, and work executed, maintaining accurate site records.
• Review contractor s documents and shop drawings to identify and rectify any potential issues.
• Perform civil and structural tests, including soil compaction, moisture content, and concrete compression.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project objectives are met.
• Provide detailed inspection reports and recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil inspection, preferably in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction techniques.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction specifications, and processes.
• Excellent analytical capabilities and the ability to work independently.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English, with Arabic being an advantage.
