As an Inspector, you will be responsible for supervising and inspecting construction and maintenance activities, particularly in sanitary installation works. This role requires field-based experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to ensure that work complies with safety standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
Key Accountabilities
The position involves:
• Inspect and monitor all civil construction and maintenance activities on-site, including sanitary installation works.
• Verify that work complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety regulations.
• Check the quality of materials and workmanship used on-site.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and supervisors to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Document inspection findings, prepare daily reports, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Ensure that all construction activities meet local codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Participate in progress meetings and inspections at various project milestones.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
• Technical Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction, maintenance , and sanitary installation works .
• Good knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and quality control procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with safety practices and inspection procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently in outdoor construction environments.
