Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct site visit and responsible for inspection of buildings according to Saudi building codes and international standards.

Issue reports and documentation of findings and comments in accordance with Saudi building codes and international standards.

Take over responsibilities from other Inspectors for non-assigned projects during emergency leaves.

Describe and assess technical problems and develop proposed solutions

Comply with client requirements by delivering the required report on predefined timings

Handle any project professionally and effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.

2 3 years of experience in construction, testing and inspection in civil engineering.

Proven experience in Saudi Code.

Strong knowledge of civil and structural works, including foundations, concrete, steel structures and finishing.

Preferred experience in IDI program

Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.

Fluent in English language.

Knowledge of safety regulations and site safety practices.

Ability to work in a team oriented environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
