Civil QC Engineer (Piping Network) Emarat Aloula Contracting

We, at Emarat Aloula are seeking an experienced Civil Quality Control Engineer (Piping Network) to oversee and ensure the quality of civil works on utilities and infrastructure projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to water-related projects, including water treatment plants, potable water transmission systems, and chilled water (CHW) piping networks such as district cooling projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for civil works in compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and authority requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, verifications, and quality checks for civil activities related to utilities and infrastructure works.
• Review and approve Method Statements, ITPs, MIRs, WIRs, and related quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and project-specific QA/QC plans.
• Coordinate with consultants, project teams, and subcontractors on all quality-related matters.
• Identify non-conformities, raise NCRs, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor construction activities for water treatment plants, potable water pipelines, and CHW piping networks.
• Participate in internal and external audits, inspections, and authority reviews.
• Support testing, commissioning, and final handover processes.
• Maintain accurate quality records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
