Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Full supervision of site execution activities

• Ensure works are implemented according to approved drawings and BOQs

• Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress

• Maintain quality standards and safety compliance

• Prepare structured daily and weekly progress reports

• Identify and resolve technical and operational site issues

• Support drainage and infrastructure works when required

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

2. 1–5 years of proven site experience in construction projects

3. Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs

4. Solid site coordination and supervision skills

5. Valid UAE residence visa

6. Valid UAE driving license

7. Currently based in the UAE
