Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities on-site

• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications

• Monitor project progress, productivity, and compliance with safety standards

• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams

• Maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and records

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision and civil project execution

• Strong knowledge of construction standards, methodologies, and safety practices

• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
