Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to manage day-to-day construction activities at site, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage site construction activities.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
Check and verify materials delivered at site.
Handle site measurements and quantity take-offs.
Resolve technical issues and provide solutions at site.
Ensure timely completion of work within budget.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience (preferably in UAE).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Familiar with authority approvals (e.g., municipality, utilities).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
