Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to interpret plans and specifications accurately.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor construction progress and compliance with engineering standards.
- Manage on-site resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in construction and site management is preferred.
Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly regarded for project management skills.
Experience with construction management software and tools is important for efficient project tracking.
Need to be Registered in Society of Engineers UAE
UAE Driving License preferred
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple site tasks independently.
Familiar with UAE authority approval procedures (Civil Defense, Municipality, FEWA, etc.
