Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications to maintain high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, minimizing project delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations, conducting safety briefings and ensuring compliance to foster a safe working environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma Civil Engineering or a related field, providing foundational knowledge of construction principles.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in civil construction, demonstrating a proven track record in site supervision.
Familiarity with construction management software and tools, enhancing efficiency in project tracking and reporting.
