Roles & Responsibilities

Nexus Blue is looking for a highly skilled Claude Pro Specialist & AI Prompt Engineer who can leverage advanced AI tools to drive marketing, automation, and content innovation. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to think in prompts, automate workflows, and extract high-quality outputs from AI systems, especially Claude. You will work closely with our internal team on marketing strategies, AI-generated content, and light technical implementation, making this a fast-paced and impactful role.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  1. Design and optimize advanced prompts for Claude to generate high-quality outputs.

  2. Develop AI-driven workflows for:

    • Marketing campaigns,

    • Content creation (scripts, ad copies, reels, etc.),

    • Business automation.

  3. Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Runway ML to enhance creative production.

  4. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to execute AI-powered strategies.

  5. Perform prompt testing, iteration, and optimization for consistent output quality.

  6. Support basic coding or no-code automation tasks (APIs, integrations, workflows).

  7. Stay updated with the latest AI tools, trends, and prompt engineering techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile


Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience with AI tools and prompt engineering.

  • Strong expertise in Claude (mandatory).

  • Proven ability to generate high-quality, structured outputs using prompts.

  • Experience with tools like:

    • ChatGPT,

    • Midjourney,

    • Runway ML.

  • Basic understanding of automation, APIs, or scripting is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.

  • Must be currently based in UAE and available for face-to-face interview.

    Working Details

    • Location: On-site Full time – Business Bay.

    • Working Days: Monday to Saturday.

    • Timing: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

    • Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month (based on experience).

  • Immediate joiners will be given priority.

  • Final interview will be conducted in person at our office.

  • Only candidates with practical AI experience will be considered.
