Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces, ensuring a spotless environment that enhances productivity.
- Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively, adhering to safety protocols and manufacturer instructions.
- Perform routine inspections to identify areas needing attention, proactively addressing cleanliness issues before they escalate.
- Manage waste disposal processes, ensuring proper segregation and recycling practices are in place to promote environmental sustainability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, providing a foundational understanding of workplace standards and safety practices.
- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning, ideally 2+ years, showcasing familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Certification in cleaning or sanitation processes, demonstrating commitment to industry standards and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, reflecting strong interpersonal skills and a cooperative spirit.
