This is not simply our job, it s our passion.About The RoleAs a Clerk, Housekeeping you will ensure that all internal and external communication of the Housekeeping department is always at the most efficient level and all modes of communication- notice boards, emails, Opera (Property Management System), HotSOS (Communication System), REX (Housekeeping Management System) are updated and accurate.About YouIdeally you are fluent in English, both verbal and written. You should have a minimum of 1 year experience in a 5* hotel or resort in a similar position. You are passionate about customer service and have a strong customer focus. And you should be highly skilled in computer applications/ MS Office package/ Hotel based software applications-
