Roles & Responsibilities

Location: Dubai, UAE

Position: Client Relations & Video Production Specialist (Multilingual English, French & Arabic)

We are seeking a highly motivated and trilingual professional to join our team in a dynamic hybrid role. The Client Relations & Video Production Specialist will serve as the primary liaison between our international clients and our creative department while leading the production of engaging marketing videos and social media content.

This position requires a combination of strong client communication skills, on-camera confidence, and technical proficiency in video editing and digital storytelling. The ideal candidate will help strengthen our client relationships and elevate our brand presence through high-quality, performance-driven content.

Key Responsibilities I. Digital Content Production & Creative Execution

  • Video Production: Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver professional video content for marketing campaigns, client features, and corporate presentations.

  • Post-Production & Editing: Edit and master videos with strong storytelling flow, motion graphics, and sound design using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

  • Social Media Optimization: Adapt and optimize video content for maximum performance on digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

  • Creative Innovation: Utilize AI tools and modern creative techniques to enhance workflow efficiency and visual quality.

II. Client Coordination & Multilingual Communication

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for international clients, managing communications, feedback, and project timelines from start to finish.

  • Trilingual Communication: Handle all client interactions fluently in English, French, and Arabic (spoken and written).

  • On-Camera & Voice Talent: Represent the company on video as a confident, articulate, and professional brand presenter.

  • Strategic Reporting: Prepare and deliver clear updates, proposals, and presentations to clients and internal teams.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Languages: Native or near-native fluency in English, French, and Arabic (mandatory).

    • Video Editing Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related software.

    • Client-Facing Experience: Previous experience in client coordination, account management, or communications.

    • Presentation Skills: Strong on-camera presence and excellent verbal communication skills.

    • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

    Salary: 2,500 AED / 1,991 TND
    Visa: Dubai work visa provided
