Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Personally deliver watches to clients in a timely and professional manner

  • Serve as the in-person brand representative during the final stage of the purchase
  • Answer client questions about the watch, its features, and care before, during, and after delivery
  • Build rapport and lasting relationships with clients through strong interpersonal skills
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about key watch models (training provided)
  • Coordinate with Client s to schedule the delivery date
  • Gather and relay client feedback to improve the overall delivery experience
