Roles & Responsibilities
Personally deliver watches to clients in a timely and professional manner
- Serve as the in-person brand representative during the final stage of the purchase
- Answer client questions about the watch, its features, and care before, during, and after delivery
- Build rapport and lasting relationships with clients through strong interpersonal skills
- Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about key watch models (training provided)
- Coordinate with Client s to schedule the delivery date
- Gather and relay client feedback to improve the overall delivery experience
