Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Supervise and guide Onboarding Directors, Managers, and Trainers to maintain high performance and strong team engagement.
  • Provide continuous training, coaching, and support to ensure the team delivers a consistent and high-quality onboarding experience.
  • Build a culture rooted in ownership, accountability, collaboration, and client-centricity.

Channel Onboarding Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and refine FAST, digital-first onboarding strategies to reduce time-to-revenue and enhance client experience.
  • Deliver seamless implementation and client training across complex GTB solutions such as Liquidity Management, VAM, and Treasury Management platforms.
  • Ensure onboarding frameworks are agile, digitally advanced, and fully compliant with operational, regulatory, and risk requirements.
  • Oversee testing, training, go-live processes, and ensure accurate setup of fees/charges in relevant systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date SOPs with all required stakeholder approvals.

Client Experience & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Serve as the key point of coordination between GTB Channels, Advisory, Product, Operations, and Client Services.
  • Ensure proactive engagement with clients at every stage from pre-advisory to handover ensuring clarity, transparency, and optimal client satisfaction.
  • Participate in client meetings, RFPs, and solution presentations to support new business wins.
  • Build a culture of partnership with clients to strengthen adoption and utilization of GTB Channels.

Operational Risk & Process Governance

  • Identify process gaps, operational failure points, and implement corrective measures.
  • Ensure all onboarding processes are tightly aligned with FAB s risk standards and regulatory expectations.
  • Maintain full audit readiness across all onboarding and documentation workflows.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of client maintenance requests with appropriate checks and controls.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Develop dashboards and management reports that provide full transparency on onboarding performance, TATs, digital utilization, and process health.
  • Track and enhance time-to-revenue KPIs and ensure onboarding SLAs are consistently met.
  • Monitor market trends and recommend automation or process upgrades to boost client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Ideal Profile

  • Minimum 10 12 years of experience in onboarding, GTB channels, payments, treasury, digital banking, or related operational leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of documentation flows, account structures, payment systems, and electronic banking solutions.
  • Excellent communication, planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Self-driven with high attention to detail, strong organizational discipline, and resilience under pressure.
  • Fluent in English with strong interpersonal effectiveness.
