Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Client & Procurement Officer to join our factory team. In this role, you will oversee procurement operations while also managing client relationships to ensure smooth communication, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction.

Client Management Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Coordinate client orders with production and logistics teams
  • Ensure timely communication regarding order status and delivery
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvement actions
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and follow-up documentation
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts

Procurement Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing of raw materials, packaging, and factory supplies
  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on cost, reliability, and service quality
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with vendors
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production planning
  • Ensure on-time delivery of materials
  • Maintain supplier performance evaluations
  • Control procurement budgets and optimize cost efficiency

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Management, or related field
  • Proven experience in procurement and/or client management (manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
