Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Client Relations Executive / Customer Service Representative with a strong background in the marine industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing client communications, handling service inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a smooth client experience for marine-related services and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service requests, updates, and support.
  • Understand client requirements related to marine equipment such as engines, shafts, propellers, pumps, valves, generators, and hydraulic systems.
  • Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and support business retention.
  • Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and client reports.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain client records and service logs accurately.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of client servicing/customer service experience in the marine industry.
  • Strong knowledge of marine equipment and terminology is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
  • Customer-focused, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
