Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact within the client services team for any commercial transactions with clients.
    • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and regular on-site visits.
    • Understand client business objectives and align Skillup MENA solutions accordingly.
    • Drive client engagement initiatives to strengthen retention and advocacy.
    • Organize clients' events and signage ceremonies for the solutions launch and renewals.
    • Handling corporate communications and gifting.
    • Engage with the client s senior stakeholders and advocate for client loyalty.

Commercial Growth & Revenue Management

    • Manage renewals, upselling, and cross-selling of learning and development solutions.
    • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into revenue.
    • Generate referrals through strong client relationships and service excellence.
    • Own account revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Financial & Contractual Oversight

    • Prepare and manage commercial proposals and quotations.
    • Oversee the full financial cycle for client accounts, including invoices and collections.
    • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all commercial documentation.
    • Coordinate with finance to resolve billing, payment, and contractual matters.

Internal Collaboration & Execution

    • Work closely with relevant teams to ensure efficient operation.
    • Act as the client s internal advocate to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
    • Use CRM systems to track client interactions, opportunities, and account performance.

Market & Industry Engagement

    • Stay informed about trends in learning, talent development, and human capital solutions.
    • Represent Skillup MENA professionally at client meetings, events, and industry forums.
    • Spend the majority of time in the field meeting clients and stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 7 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or commercial roles.
    • Strong background in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Human Resources, or Organizational Development.
    • Proven commercial experience with renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and revenue ownership.
    • Solid understanding of financial processes, including quotations, invoicing, and collections.
    • Experience using CRM systems and digital sales/account management tools.
    • Technologically sound and comfortable working with data, reports, and digital platforms.
    • Based in KSA with the ability to travel frequently within the Kingdom and occasionally internationally.
