Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact with clients via email and other channels.
- Receive and process client requests related to employee services (final exit, vacations, iqama renewal, timesheets, etc.).
- Enter and track requests in the CRM system and coordinate with internal HR teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client agreements, and labor laws.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the CRM system.
- Prepare periodic reports on client requests and gather client feedback for improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in CRM systems and email communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Attention to detail with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and visa-related processes is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts at once.
