Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact with clients via email and other channels.
  • Receive and process client requests related to employee services (final exit, vacations, iqama renewal, timesheets, etc.).
  • Enter and track requests in the CRM system and coordinate with internal HR teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client agreements, and labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in the CRM system.
  • Prepare periodic reports on client requests and gather client feedback for improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and email communication.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Attention to detail with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and visa-related processes is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts at once.
