Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring for our client, a leading ground transportation services provider in the country.

Work Location: Qatar

Type of Contract: Direct Hire with Client

Contract Duration: Long Term Permanent

Job Summary:

  • The incumbent goal is to serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance, support, and resolution to employees & management. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Service Delivery

  • Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees, management, and external partners, providing timely & accurate guidance
  • Resolve HR-related issues and escalate complex matters to supervisor, ensuring seamless resolution
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders

Total Rewards & Compensation

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary adjustments, benefits enrollment & medical insurance claims
  • Process payroll entries, leave corrections, and other related entries in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy & compliance
  • Manage benefits administration, including additions, deletions, and invoices for admin staff

HR Operations & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity & security
  • Perform data entry, transactional procedures, and entries in the HRIS system, adhering to established protocols
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate employee onboarding processes, including preparation of welcome kits, salary advances, and necessary documentation
  • Process employee offboarding, including final settlements, clearance documents, and exit interviews
  • Provide certificate of employment (experience letter) to employees after completion of clearance and verification

HR Projects & Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes, enhancing efficiency & effectiveness
  • Develop and implement HR projects, such as incentive programs, policy updates & training initiatives
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, informing data-driven decisions & strategic planning

Minimum Required Qualifications, Certificates & Skills:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of field related GCC experience preferably in transportation, automotive, construction industry with 2 years in an Officer/lead role
  • Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR)
  • Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certification
  • Customer Service Certification
