Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across all business functions.

  2. Deliver timely and efficient service to clients, ensuring a high standard of responsiveness and professionalism.

  3. Manage and maintain the Manager’s calendar, including scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating appointments.

  4. Arrange client meetings, book meeting rooms, and confirm client attendance and logistics.

  5. Maintain and update databases and records, ensuring all information is accurate, current, and well-organized.

  6. Liaise and coordinate with internal departments to ensure tasks and client requirements are completed within agreed timelines.

  7. Prepare and complete required documentation and manage onboarding processes efficiently and accurately.

  8. Follow up on premium collections and ensure timely processing and reporting.

  9. Support the team with additional administrative or ad hoc duties as required.

Good communication skills (verbal and written) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Committed, reliable, and willing to learn
