Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for managing all operational aspects of the assigned medical center & Pharmacy within a specified practice to achieve excellent customer service, quality, cost, marketing and deliver performance in line with company strategy, goals and values.
Responsibilities
Assign, delegate and work closely with clinic supervisors, clinic executives and other paramedical staff, Facilitate, induct, train & develop staff on their job and evaluate them periodically. Encourage effective teamwork across all departments.
Implement and Improve Quality SOP’s and work closely with Quality Manager.
Manage Insurance process at clinic level.
Manage daily accounts. Evaluate patient flow and distribution.
Manage store; and raw materials purchase, movement and usage.
Effectively monitor internal and external referrals and coordinate with SPOC.
Manage house-keeping & waste disposal.
Manage Lab and Radiology departments and ensure accurate reports.
Manage visiting doctor’s appointments & coordination for Radio Talk.
Manage front office administration.
Schedule and implement monthly duty roaster.
Manage employee attendance (check in/out) and reporting.
While on duty ensure you and your team of supervisors are based in public areas to assist patients and manage the consistent delivery of leading-edge customer service.
Managing absence & sickness of staff.
Communication of company messages to staff.
Effectively participate and coordinate in organizing CME
Coordinate with Corp HR for staff queries and documentations.
Develop your next in line person to manage simultaneously in your absence, and any absence from work has to be with prior approval from GM/HR Manager
Conduct routine checks: in treatment rooms, procedure rooms to ensure best quality and on injections, vaccines and lab reagents expiry dates.
Keep a tab on MOH requirements at clinic, doctors and staff and ensure compliance.
Coordinate with software team on e-health software and ensure 100% quality data.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree (required) in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
Master’s Degree In Health Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or Public Health (MPH).
2–5 years of experience in healthcare administration or clinic operations.
