Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our clinic’s services and patient base.
  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth patient flow, optimal staffing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Analyse performance metrics and market trends to identify business opportunities and foster continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to enhance profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management, business development, or growth strategy (preferably in healthcare or wellness).
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a clinical or wellness environment.
  • Strong ability to manage budgets, optimize processes, and improve service delivery.
  • Established network within healthcare, corporate wellness, or community organizations.
