Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provides administrative and coordination support to clinical teams, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth patient flow, and efficient daily operations.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update patient records 

  • Register patients, schedule appointments, and manage follow-ups

  • Handle admission, discharge, and transfer documentation

  • Coordinate with clinical staff to manage patient flow

  • Prepare and file medical reports, consent forms, and discharge summaries

  • Assist with billing processes and insurance documentation

  • Respond to calls, emails, and patient inquiries

  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of patient information

  • Maintain administrative supplies and basic inventory records
