Prepare the consultation room before clinic hours by keeping it clean, organized, and ready.

Maintain availability of basic non-clinical supplies and inform staff when replenishment is needed.

Guide patients about clinic procedures and assist them in locating departments like lab, radiology, pharmacy, and billing.

Assist elderly or mobility-impaired patients in reaching consultation areas when required.

Coordinate with reception, nursing staff, and doctors regarding patient arrivals, delays, or schedule changes.

Inform doctors when patients are ready and help maintain efficient patient flow.

Handle and organize non-clinical documents/forms and ensure proper routing to relevant departments.

Support doctors and nursing staff in maintaining an organized clinic environment.

Report operational or workflow issues to the supervisor or clinic manager.

Maintain professional communication while ensuring patient privacy and confidentiality.

Follow hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control practices.

Perform additional non-clinical duties assigned by supervisors to support clinic operations.

Complete typing/typographical work as dictated by physicians.
