JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide personalized coordinated care, and support for patients and families.
- Treat people with dignity, compassion, and respect
- Works in converting the clinical forms to the electronic forms and templates.
- Serves as a trainer to all end users in the new electronic system.
- Analyzes and evaluates processes related to information flow and coordinates with the third party to ensure its implementation in the electronic system.
- Coordinates efforts to correct deficiencies and errors that occur in the electronic record.
- Assists staff in the efficient use of the current software.
- Creates a positive environment for reporting application and or system deficiencies and suggestions for system improvement and enhancement of functionality.
- Develops and updates user documentation; abides by and enforces all compliance requirements and policies and performs these responsibilities in an ethical manner consistent with the organizations values.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor s degree in Nursing
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
One year experience in the same field.
SPECIALIZED SKILLS:
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills
COMPETENCE :
- Ability to demonstrate good verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work on schedule as defined and additional hours as required.
