The Clinical Resource Nurse is a senior-level position focused on clinical mentoring, education, and supporting high-quality patient care within the unit. This role is ideal for nurses with strong clinical expertise who enjoy guiding and supporting their colleagues in professional practice.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on clinical support and act as a resource for nursing staff
  • Assist in staff education, competency validation, and clinical training
  • Support unit orientation and ongoing professional development
  • Participate in patient safety, quality improvement, and accreditation activities
  • Promote evidence-based nursing practices
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and unit workflow
