Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on aesthetic and slimming devices, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and practical application.
  • Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and videos, tailored to various learning styles and device functionalities.
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and webinars, providing practical experience and troubleshooting guidance for device users.
  • Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, making data-driven improvements to training programs.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic and slimming device technologies, incorporating new features and techniques into training.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align training with product launches and promotional campaigns, maximizing device adoption.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to trainees, addressing questions and resolving issues related to device operation and maintenance.
  • Manage and maintain training equipment, ensuring proper functionality and availability for training sessions.
  • Travel to training sites and events as needed, delivering training and supporting device demonstrations.
  • Mentor and coach junior training staff, fostering their professional development and ensuring training consistency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare, Education, or related discipline).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training or education, preferably within the aesthetic or medical device industry.
  • Proven expertise in aesthetic or slimming device technologies, with a deep understanding of their applications and mechanisms.
  • Strong proficiency in creating and delivering training materials, including presentations, manuals, and videos.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements to training programs.
  • Certification in relevant training methodologies (e.g., Train-the-Trainer) is a plus.
  • Experience with hands-on device operation and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and any other languages is a plus.
