- Maintain a warm and polished guest welcome at all times
- Communicate guest needs, issues, or feedback promptly to supervisors
- Prepare food, beverages, and service materials in advance of operations
- Stay updated on food and beverage offerings within the department
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented lounge environment
- Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and team meetings
- Support seamless service coordination with colleagues across departments
