The Role
Lead the Future of Hospitality on Yas Island Cluster General Manager Opportunity
Are you a seasoned, visionary hospitality leader with a track record of success in big box or multi-property operations? Do you thrive in dynamic, high-profile environments where innovation, excellence, and guest experience are paramount?
We re seeking an exceptional Cluster General Manager to lead a flagship property on Yas Island one of the world s most iconic leisure and entertainment destinations.
This high-profile role demands a strategic thinker with a destination mindset, capable of aligning hotel positioning with Yas Island s growth as a global entertainment hub. You ll be a natural connector, engaging with key partners, while fostering collaboration across a well-established 4D cluster structure.
From world-class theme parks and luxury retail to stunning beaches and global sporting events, Yas Island is a magnet for travelers seeking unforgettable experiences. This is your opportunity to lead in a location where hospitality meets excitement, and where your leadership will leave a legacy.
What will you be doing?
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Managing and leading hotel operations across the cluster, ensuring alignment with Hilton standards and owner expectations.

Driving commercial performance by optimizing RevPAR, occupancy, and segment mix across leisure, MICE, and long-stay business.

Leading key property initiatives including capital projects, sustainability efforts, and quality improvement programs.

Maintaining and building on the strong relationship with Miral Asset Management through strategic alignment and proactive communication.

Delivering achievable budgets and setting short- and long-term strategic goals for each property.

Providing inspirational leadership to a diverse team, fostering Hilton culture, values, and talent development.

Ensuring operational excellence across all departments, including guest experience, F&B, housekeeping, engineering, and spa.

Holding regular briefings and communication meetings with the Executive and HOD teams.

Responding to audits and driving continuous improvement across the cluster.
Desired Candidate Profile
What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills with a strong focus on Owner relations, Commercial and Operations, guest experience and Team Member engagement. Enthusiastic and passionate, you will have current experience as a General Manager within a dynamic market.
A General Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

Proven experience as a General Manager in large-scale or multi-property environments.

A natural connector who thrives on collaboration and stakeholder engagement, engaging actively with partners, tour operators, and stakeholders.

Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable experience in increasing profitability across MICE, leisure, and group segments and a relentless focus on operational excellence.

A strategic thinker with a destination mindset and a passion for innovation, experience of delivering innovative commercial opportunities with experience in increasing profitability especially in the All-inclusive / MICE / resort background / Groups and tour operator business

Exceptional people leadership and retention of talent with the ability to bring a team together on a journey and instilling the Hilton culture and values

Exceptional and demonstrable experience in stakeholder and owner relations, with experience managing complex ownership structures.

Resilient, confident in decision-making, and capable of navigating dynamic market conditions.

Experience managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results in a similar sized and high-performing and dynamic property/cluster.

In-depth knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sector

Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent

English language mandatory
