Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs across Dukes The Palm and NH Collection Dubai The Palm.
- Design and develop engaging, innovative learning programs using various methodologies, including e-learning, classroom training, and blended approaches
- Implement and manage learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create customized training solutions that address specific business needs
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track, report, and analyze training effectiveness and learner progress
- Manage multiple learning and development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and subject matter experts
- Create and deliver presentations to senior management on L&D initiatives, outcomes, and future strategies
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, incorporating new methodologies as appropriate
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with minimum 5 years' experience in learning and development roles
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems, e-learning tools, and instructional design methodologies
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and corporate L&D strategies
- Fluency in English required
