Job Description

The Cluster Marketing & Communications Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Marketing and Communications function across Rosewood AMAALA and Rosewood Red Sea. Based primarily at the Red Sea, this role supports day-to-day coordination of communications, PR activities, digital content workflows, marketing campaigns, and internal documentation.

The role ensures all marketing and communications outputs are accurately coordinated, well-organized, and aligned with Rosewood brand standards, destination protocols, and corporate guidelines. Flexibility, attention to detail, and discretion are essential, with travel to AMAALA required as business needs arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Marketing & Communications team.

  • Support PR activities, media hosting logistics, and content preparation under guidance.

  • Assist with digital content workflows, social media coordination, and asset organization.

  • Maintain organized records for media lists, content libraries, campaign trackers, and reports.

  • Support preparation of presentations, briefing notes, correspondence, and internal communications.

  • Coordinate logistics for photoshoots, campaigns, events, and on-property activations.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to support marketing initiatives.

  • Ensure all materials follow Rosewood brand standards and approval processes.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

  • 1 2 years of experience in an administrative, marketing, or communications role (hospitality or luxury experience is an advantage).

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and cultural awareness.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel between Red Sea and AMAALA on short notice and work flexible hours.
