Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our corporate client base and increase revenue within assigned clusters
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to corporate clients
- Forecast sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Negotiate high-value contracts and oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record of managing and growing corporate accounts
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills
- Excellent client relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and financial analysis tools
- Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of corporate sales strategies and best practices
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex market trends and data
- Willingness to travel within the assigned cluster region as required
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus
