Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented CMS Executive to manage and support the Customer Management System (CMS) of our EVO e-wallet platform. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate account management, system administration, and operational support while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage user accounts, wallet settings, limits, and statuses.
  • Perform account reviews, updates, suspensions, and reactivations.
  • Support customer service and operations teams in resolving customer and merchant cases.
  • Monitor system activities and coordinate with compliance on KYC and transaction-related matters.
  • Maintain data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Assist in testing and configuring new products, features, and campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and support audits when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Basic knowledge of fintech, digital payments, or e-wallets is a plus.

Experience with CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage.
